SWELL, Inc. is seeking a New sales manager to join our team.
The right candidate will be a highly motivated and efficient salesperson, committed to growing sales while nurturing existing accounts.

Recognized for our innovative approaches and high production value, SWELL is fully integrated from ideation to post-production.
Role:
- Create and establish relationships with new and current prospects
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects
- Plan and organize meetings with new prospects
- Collaborate internally on new business strategies and work with the design team to create marketing materials
- Collaborate and lead on public relations, social media, events and activities that enhance the profile, credibility and presence of SWELL
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the advertising and / or video production or postal industry [this is an absolute must-have]
- Confident and persistent cold calls and emails
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality [creative environment]
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft and Google Suite
Hours: full time in the office: Mon-Thu 10 am-7pm, WFH Fri 10 am-7pm
Salary: based on experience
Advantages: health and dental after 3 months
