MONTREAL, March 2, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Organizations with large invoice volumes that require manual entry spend inordinate amounts of time on low-value activities. Additionally, limited access to the workplace due to the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need to review and adjust internal workflow strategies, reduce human intervention, and digitize information to improve overall efficiency.
INTEGRIM and Insum have joined forces to develop a user portal to automate the import of invoices into the Oracle E-Business Suite Payables module using SenSaaS! cloud-based.
The integration will allow EBS clients to take a big step forward in automating accounts payable. SenSaaS! automates accounts payable functions such as extracting data from PDF invoices, validating accuracy, and channeling invoices into workflow approval processes.
For more than 27 years, INTEGRIM has worked with clients from a variety of industries, including distribution, finance, government, insurance, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications and transportation.
INTEGRIM’s business strategy consists of targeting organizations that use Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and automating debts in order to simplify, speed up and make the entry of invoices in the EBS Payables module more efficient. Insum was therefore asked to develop a user portal designed to act as a gateway between SenSaaS! and EBS, and provide for automated importation of invoices. The new application will be used to demonstrate the ability to automate accounts payable to potential customers.
Insum’s extensive experience and expertise in developing EBS extensions ensures that user organizations have access to solutions that are fully compliant with the EBS architecture and standards.
“This partnership is an exemplary illustration of two technology companies, each a leader in their respective fields of activity, who come together to provide a single, end-to-end financial automation solution for customers.
