Football fans had the unique opportunity to have their photo taken with the UEFA EURO 2020 ™ Trophy in Leeds
Official sponsor, Hisense brought the trophy to the city on Sunday, June 6.
Taking place at the Currys PC World store in Birstall Retail Park, Leeds, the trophy was available for football fans to come and take their photos.
Hundreds of fans attended and seized their opportunity.
With just a week to go into the tournament, fans got a glimpse of the trophy for which Europe’s top players will compete against next month.
One fan said: “I think it’s about as close as we can ever lift the trophy!”
Other fans have suggested Scotland could stand a chance this year.
Arun Bhatoye, Marketing Director at Hisense commented: “Fans have been waiting a year for the start of UEFA EURO 2020 ™, and to celebrate its kick off next week, we wanted to bring some of the tournament to the fans.
“In addition, we have installed a ‘lucky chip’ in each of our TVs, which gives customers an additional chance to bring positive results to their team in the coming weeks. “
Currently, all Hisense televisions come with a special component; a lucky chip.
Fans also have a chance to win prizes by purchasing select Hisense products, including TVs, soundbars and more.
