Facebook has launched yet another Facebook management platform, with this one dubbed ‘Facebook Business Suite‘, which aims to make it easier for small businesses to manage their presence on Facebook and Instagram from a single platform.
As you can see on the video, the new Business Suite platform integrates all the options of your Facebook page and your Instagram profile in a single space, and will be available on desktop or in a new mobile application.
According to FacebookBusiness Suite allows users to:
- Win time – Post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time and manage posts in one place to stay connected to both communities.
- keep up to date – Get all your Facebook and Instagram messages, notifications and alerts in one place so you can stay up to date and respond more easily to all your customers.
- Business results – Find out what works with Facebook and Instagram information and find out what your customers are looking for.
So instead of using Page manager Where Studio Creatornow you have another way to stay in all your business interactions on Facebook and Instagram – although this one covers a lot of features within a single app.
Message management is nothing new – you can already receive all your messages from Facebook, Messenger and Instagram in Pages Manager, while Facebook added Facebook/Instagram scheduling to Creator Studio last year.
But again, the built-in message inbox can be helpful in your workflow.
While the planning layout adds another view:
What I like most about Business Suite, however, is its analytics tab layout, which makes it a bit easier to get a complete overview of your Instagram and Facebook performance in one place.
Creator Studio also has analytics screens, but it’s more focused on video post performance, while this list gives you a better overall comparison of your Facebook and Instagram presence. It’s probably a personal preference, but I like the layout and simplicity of this format.
And Business Suite may soon have another feature that Pages Manager doesn’t – according to Axios, Facebook also plans to integrate WhatsApp messaging functionality into the app in the near future. Facebook has been working on integrating its messaging apps over the past year and a half, and if WhatsApp functionality is indeed added to Business Suite, it would be the first app that enables replies across all three platforms.
So how functional and useful is it? It depends on what you’re trying to do, but it certainly integrates all the major Facebook and Instagram business management tools into one app, and it seems to largely fulfill its mission of simplifying the various tools into one platform. form.
Facebook also says it plans to make Business Suite “the main interface for businesses of all sizes using Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp”. It could therefore well be the one to focus on, if you are looking to establish a central platform for your Facebook / Instagram management.
