What is Amazon Prime Day?
Amazon Prime Day was first launched in 2015 to celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary, but it has since grown into an annual two-day celebration.
It was last held in October 2020 and this year there are rumors that two dates could take place – that means buyers are twice as likely to close a deal!
Amazon Prime Day 2021 will launch on Monday, June 21 and run through Tuesday, June 22 – so you need to be quick.
It’s an extremely popular sale that has offers across all categories, but it’s usually the tech offers that are usually the most in demand.
Amazon says its Prime Day offers will be color coded and look for the blue badges for the biggest savings.
Other top tips from the website include using the Watchlist to track lighting deals and asking Alexa for early access to certain discounts.
This year’s event is expected to see the most deals in shopping event history and, if you’re a Prime member, you can even expect to get 50% off movies and TV shows to rent or buy.
From tech to beauty, alcohol to floor care, and even discounts on cookware and baking equipment – shoppers seem ready to indulge themselves.
