Allianz Partners will purchase Lloyds travel insurance
Allianz Partners UK already provides emergency home cover to Lloyds Banking Group customers, making this travel insurance contract a significant extension of the business relationship between the two companies. Under the recently signed contract, Allianz Partners UK will provide travel cover to holders of value-added accounts and Ultimate Reward checking accounts for Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland and Halifax, including the transfer of these customers from the current supplier.

Access travel coverage via the online banking application
Allianz Partners UK leverages the global capabilities of its parent company to deliver user-friendly, technology-driven experiences to Lloyds Banking Group clients. This will allow policyholders to access their benefit information, manage their account, request assistance, and submit claims through their online account or banking app. Not only will this integrate the travel insurance product into Lloyds Banking Group services, but it will also improve the efficiency of current complaints and communication processes, by making a wider range of contact channels available to customers on push of a button.
